Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase (your order information).
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@seashelltees.com. Please include the following information in your return request:
- Your order number and full name
- Proof of purchase (a screenshot of your order information)
- Reasons for return
- To make the process as smooth as possible, please attach a video or photo of the product that is defective or damaged.
Once we receive and confirm your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), you’ll receive an email confirming that your return is complete.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
Damaged and Wrong Products or Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong thing so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We offer exchange damaged products, wrong products, wrong sizes, or defective products. If you need to exchange an item for one of these reasons, please don’t hesitate to contact us at support@seashelltees.com within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To be accepted, your item must be in its original condition. We cannot process returns or exchanges for:
- Items that have been worn, washed, used, or altered in any way.
- Items with missing tags or not in the original packaging.
- Shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- Items damaged after delivery.
- Returns initiated after the 30-day return window.
